We offer three levels of support, with options to suit your business requirements. Our costs are simple, predictable and fair.

Standard Support Level Agreements

Additional Support Hours

Each support level includes a certain number of support hour per month. If extra support hours are required, these are billed at the simple cost of $100/hour.

Extras

24x7x365 on-call agreement

We can respond to incidents any time of the day or night, including weekends and public holidays. If you require 24x7x365 support, this is available for an extra $1000/month.
